CAROTA Joins BAIC AI Forum, Deepens Strategic Partnership for Intelligent Mobility Ecosystem

On March 26th, the "2026 BAIC Research Institute 'AI · Intelligent Driving the Future' Innovative Technology Forum and Forward-looking Technology Exhibition", co-hosted by Gasgoo and BAIC Research Institute, came to a successful conclusion in Beijing. As a globally leading provider of whole-vehicle OTA and intelligent remote diagnosis solutions, CAROTA attended the exhibition with its core technologies, conducted docking with BAIC and industrial chain partners, and deepened strategic cooperation in an in-depth manner.

CAROTA's whole-vehicle OTA upgrade solution breaks traditional upgrade pain points, creating a safe, efficient and convenient new-generation OTA service system. It supports differentiated upgrades for multiple models, shortening test cycles, reducing costs, helping BAIC models realize rapid iteration of intelligent functions and improving user experience.

Based on the self-developed intelligent remote diagnosis system, it realizes the leap from manual diagnosis to intelligent diagnosis. The system integrates massive vehicle data and fault cases and solves the problems of low efficiency and high cost of traditional diagnosis through a closed-loop process of on-vehicle collection, cloud-based analysis, accurate positioning and remote repair. Compared with manual diagnosis, its efficiency is greatly improved, and it can complete fault repair remotely, helping automakers early warn of faults, control batch problems, reduce after-sales costs and improve the operation and maintenance system.

Carota has cultivated a long-standing, strategic partnership with BAIC Group. In prior collaboration, Carota delivered comprehensive OTA validation services for BAIC’s Magic Cube model platform—systematically verifying critical aspects including the end-to-end vehicle OTA upgrade workflow and functional stability under diverse operational conditions. Leveraging our robust, regulatory-compliant technical infrastructure, Carota has consistently supported BAIC in achieving end-to-end software lifecycle management and continuous iteration of intelligent vehicle functionalities. Building on this foundation, both parties have recently formalized an expanded collaboration: Carota will supply a production-grade, embedded in-vehicle browser solution tailored to BAIC’s full-platform intelligent cockpit architecture.

Moving forward, Carota will strengthen its strategic collaboration with BAIC, integrate upstream and downstream resources across the automotive value chain, and jointly advance the deep integration of artificial intelligence technologies with over-the-air (OTA) updates, remote diagnostics, intelligent cockpit systems, and other key domains. This synergy is expected to consistently drive intelligent transformation and support the global expansion of the automotive industry.
